Acrobat Imaging LLP Terms and Conditions Summary - 2026
Full Terms and Conditions will be supplied on request or with an initial quotation for agreement.
1: The placing of an order expresses acceptance of our full terms of business. Our terms and conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all contracts.
3: Instructions and briefs: The Studio will adhere as much as possible to a clients written instructions. Instructions given verbally are accepted on the understanding that Acrobat Imaging will not be held responsible for any misinterpretation arising there from.
4: Digital storage: Video and image project files will be store for 3 months after the delivery of a completed project. After which we reserve the right to delete them from our storage systems.
5: Abandoned items: Acrobat Imaging will store (at the clients risk), products and props for up to 3 months. After which Acrobat Imaging reserves the right to dispose of the products and props.
6: Other services: Acrobat Imaging acts on behalf of the client when booking models and other services. All fees will be billed direct to the Client by the models agent or supplier of the service.
7: Copyright:The client is fully responsible for any infringement of copyright, if any charges are brought about by a third party and must therefore bear any costs arising from any action.
In common with standard industry practice and English Law. Acrobat Imaging retains all copyright, intellectual property rights and moral rights associated with the photography, video, goods and services it supplies.
8: Limitation of Liability - Proofing work: It is the Clients responsibility to ensure that all work is proofed to their satisfaction prior to use or before they proceed further with any project.
9: Limitation of Liability - Insurance and risks: The Client warrants that they will maintain comprehensive commercial insurance coverage for all possible risks on all their products, goods, items, or other property (collectively, "the Property”) for the entire duration the Property remains at the Acrobat Imaging Studio premises and whilst on location and while in transit to and from the Studio and indemnify Acrobat Imaging from any subrogation claims brought by the Client’s insurance provider.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all Property delivered to the Studio or collected by a Studio Representative is provided entirely at the Client’s own risk. The Studio does not accept formal “bailment, care, custody, or control” of any Client Property.
10: Limitation of Liability - Return Shipping: The Client is asked to arrange insured courier collection for their product ex-works and inform the studio when to expect the collection courier.
If Acrobat Imaging arranges a courier for the return of product. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Studio will have no liability once the products, goods and assets have been transferred to the courier.
11: Force Majeure: Acrobat Imaging shall not be liable for any loss or consequential loss to the customer under this or any other agreement to the extent that the performance of Acrobat Imaging’s obligations are delayed, hindered or prevented by an Event of Force Majeure.
12: The validity and performance of any contract to which these terms and conditions apply shall be covered by the Law of England and any disputes shall be submitted to the English Courts.
